Volleyball Game Preview: DuPont Manual Crimsons vs. Assumption Rockets

DuPont Manual is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Assumption is on a 12-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Crimsons will host the Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, DuPont Manual got the win against Lafayette by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Assumption faced Notre Dame Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Rockets were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pandas. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Rockets have posted against the Pandas since October 12, 2023.

Assumption's win came from a few key players DuPont Manual will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kathryn O'Toole, who had 11 digs.

DuPont Manual's win bumped their record up to 20-13. As for Assumption, their victory bumped their record up to 30-4.
