Soccer Recap: Philadelphia Takes a Loss

Philadelphia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the Winona Tigers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 back in December of 2024.

Philadelphia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Winona, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.

Philadelphia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winona, they will welcome Greenville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Greenville knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Winona likes a good challenge.
