Volleyball Game Preview: High Tech SD Storm vs. Mission Bay Buccaneers

The High Tech SD Storm will head out to challenge the Mission Bay Buccaneers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

High Tech SD's tournament run continued when they took on Victory Christian Academy on Saturday. The Storm fell 2-0 to the Knights.

Meanwhile, Mission Bay was able to grind out a solid victory over Calexico on Saturday, taking the game 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Mission Bay's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for High Tech SD, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

High Tech SD was able to grind out a solid win over Mission Bay when the teams last played back in March, winning 3-1. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Buccaneers' Zeth Abelman, who had 23 digs and three aces.
