Football Game Preview: Springer/Maxwell vs. Roy/Mosquero

Roy/Mosquero had trouble two weeks ago, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Springer/Maxwell at 7:00 PM on Friday. Roy/Mosquero are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.

Things haven't been easy for Roy/Mosquero, and their matchup two weeks ago only extended their streak of losses to six. They ended up forfeiting their game against Floyd 0-1.

Meanwhile, Springer/Maxwell took an ego-bruising defeat against Elida, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Springer/Maxwell walked away with a 47-38 win over Floyd.

Springer/Maxwell's victory lifted them to 5-3 while Roy/Mosquero's loss dropped them down to 0-6. We'll see if Roy/Mosquero are able to find more success (and make for a more exciting contest than their last) when the teams meet up.
