It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lincoln Charter had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Burns Bulldogs 7-5. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won four contests in a row.

The team relied heavily on Reed Osborne, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs.

Lincoln Charter's victory bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Burns, they moved to 24-5 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Lincoln Charter has already played their next match, a 6-5 defeat against East Rutherford on the 16th. Burns does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
