Volleyball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe managed to slip by Everett the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bearcats lost 3-0 to the Seagulls on Saturday. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Monroe ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22, 25-22.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Everett, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-7.

As of now, neither Monroe nor the Seagulls have any future games scheduled.
