Volleyball Game Preview: Lubbock Westerners vs. Tascosa Rebels + How To Watch

Lubbock is 0-7 against Tascosa since September of 2016 but things could change on Saturday. The Westerners will welcome the Rebels at 12:00 p.m.

On Saturday, Lubbock came up short against Caprock and fell 3-1.

While Lubbock had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 21-25, 25-21, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Tascosa entered their tilt with Caprock on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Longhorns with a sharp 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tascosa was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-5, 25-12.

Lubbock's loss dropped their record down to 3-26. As for Tascosa, their victory bumped their record up to 22-9.
