Volleyball Recap: McHenry Warriors vs. Dundee-Crown Chargers

McHenry had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Dundee-Crown Chargers on Tuesday. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-12.

Dundee-Crown found their leader in sophomore Tori Brents, who had six digs, five kills, two blocks, and two aces. Brents has been hot recently, having also posted 12 or more assists the last four times she's played.

McHenry has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Crystal Lake South on the 28th. As for Dundee-Crown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Huntley on the 28th.
