Soccer Game Preview: Freedom vs. Cypress Creek

Freedom and Cypress Creek are an even 4-4-2 against one another since December of 2018, but likely not for long. The Freedom Patriots are taking a road trip to take on the Cypress Creek Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Freedom is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Freedom's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Apopka with a sharp 3-0 win. The Patriots' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Meanwhile, Cypress Creek didn't have quite enough to beat West Orange on Monday and fell 3-2. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Freedom's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matches. As for Cypress Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1.
