Soccer Game Preview: Washington vs. San Francisco International

The Washington Eagles will square off against the San Francisco International Huskies at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Tuesday, Washington and Galileo finished up their match with a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, San Francisco International didn't have quite enough to beat Lowell on Thursday and fell 3-2. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 984th, while the Cardinals are ranked 443rd).

Washington's draw makes their record 4-5-2 this season. As for San Francisco International, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5-3.

Washington was able to grind out a solid win over San Francisco International in their previous matchup back in January, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Washington since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
