Football Recap: Tradition Prep Comes Up Short

Tradition Prep lost against Central back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirates were dealt a 50-6 loss at the hands of the Cobras. The Pirates were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-6.

This is the second loss in a row for Tradition Prep and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Central, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tradition Prep will take on Legacy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. After each having a week off, Central and Vero Beach will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Cobras 7.8, the Indians 14.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
