Soccer Recap: Eagle Mountain Victorious

Eagle Mountain kept a clean sheet against Bridgeport on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bulls 1-0. Eagle Mountain's winning goal came courtesy of Jaycen Laing.

Eagle Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1. As for Bridgeport, with the defeat, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-2.

Eagle Mountain has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Brownwood on the 22nd. As for Bridgeport, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Graham at 6:00 p.m. on February 3. The contest will give Bridgeport their first taste of in-conference action this season.
