Soccer Game Preview: Lakeside vs. Medical Lake

The Lakeside Eagles will challenge the Medical Lake Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Lakeside lost 5-1 to East Valley on Monday. While losing is never fun, Lakeside can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 238th, while East Valley are ranked 77th).

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Medical Lake's offense. They came up short against Highland on Saturday, falling 7-0. Medical Lake have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Medical Lake's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Lakeside, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
