Volleyball Recap: Globe Takes a Loss

After flying high against Apache Junction on Wednesday, Globe came back down to earth. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Joseph City Wildcats on Sunday.

Globe has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Joseph City, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 23-9.

Coming up, Globe will be playing at home against Coolidge at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for Joseph City, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lee Williams on the 12th.
