Volleyball Recap: Hillsborough Baptist Comes Up Short

Hillsborough Baptist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Champions Christian Academy. Hillsborough Baptist was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Champions Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 25-13.

Hillsborough Baptist's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Champions Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Hillsborough Baptist will venture away from home to challenge Excel Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Champions Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
