Volleyball Recap: Wingate Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wingate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Crownpoint Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-16.

Wingate's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Crownpoint, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wingate is set to challenge their familiar foe Zuni at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Crownpoint will face off against rival Tohatchi at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
