Whitehall's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-1. As for West Michigan Aviation Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-6-3.

Whitehall and West Michigan Aviation Academy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. The Vikings will take on Fremont at 5:45 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (206 vs. 85). Meanwhile, West Michigan Aviation Academy (ranked 207th) will meet Potter's House Christian (ranked 95th) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
