Basketball Recap: Fort Wayne Wayne Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne Wayne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 72-59 to the Columbus North Bull Dogs.

Leading Columbus North to victory were Caleb Ferguson and Austin Perry. Ferguson shot 75% from the field to rack up 30 points along with seven assists and three steals, while Perry went 10-for-14 en route to 25 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Perry a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (80%). Ben Kreisant was another key player, putting up six points.

Fort Wayne Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Columbus North, their record is now 6-4.
