Soccer Recap: Westinghouse Continues Home Dominance on Monday

There's no place like home for Westinghouse, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Trinity Blazers 4-3. The high-scoring effort was just what Westinghouse needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Jasmin Geronimo and Kairy Rosendo scored all four of Westinghouse's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 43 goals.

Westinghouse pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those five games. As for Trinity, they moved to 6-8-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Westinghouse will take on Intrinsic in a tournament on the 20th. Trinity does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
