Fisher got themselves on the board against Thomas Jefferson on Wednesday, but Thomas Jefferson never followed suit. They put the hurt on Thomas Jefferson with a sharp  10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Gators, who have now won 13 contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Patrick Henderson tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run and  allowing only two  hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Those  nine  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high.
 At the plate,  Tyler Mike and  Hunter Champagne did most of the damage at the plate:  Mike  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-4, while  Champagne  scored a  run while going 2-for-2. Those  two  hits gave  Champagne a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jacob Bourgeois, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Fisher  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in three consecutive  games.
Fisher is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8-1 record  this season. As for Thomas Jefferson, their loss was  their fifth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 4-19.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fisher will head out to  challenge Covenant Christian Academy  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Lions will roll in looking for their  33rd straight  victory, something the Gators surely won't give up without a fight. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will head out on the road to  take on  East St. John  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
