Collin Morgan posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out five batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Morgan's strong effort led Mount Sinai over Shoreham-Wading River and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
