Bonita Vista won the last time they faced Crawford and things went their way on Thursday too. The Barons slipped by the Colts 7-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Barons.

Bonita Vista didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Cole Margetts.

Despite the loss, Crawford still got an impressive performance from Khalid Ali, who rushed for 102 yards and one TD on only 13 carries.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Crawford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Bonita Vista will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mar Vista at 6:30 p.m. on October 10. The Barons' defense better be ready for this one: the Mariners have averaged an impressive 26.4 points per game this season. As for Crawford, they will face off against Hoover at 6:30 p.m. on October 3. This will be the Colts' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
