Basketball Recap: Houston Comes Up Short

Houston lost against Russia back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Houston Wildcats received a blow as they fell 44-28 to the Russia Raiders.

Houston's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Russia, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Houston will challenge Milton-Union at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Russia, they will take on New Knoxville at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Russia is facing New Knoxville at the right time seeing as New Knoxville is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
