Pinckney is a perfect 10-0 against Jackson since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Pirates will be playing in front of their home fans against the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Pinckney's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Jackson has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Pinckney's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Friday's struggle, when Salem hitters got past them. The Pirates lost 13-3 to the Rocks on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Pirates have suffered since May 10, 2024.

Pinckney saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sydney Arnold, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Jackson fell victim to Pioneer and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Pioneers, falling 19-0.

Pinckney's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Jackson, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
