Basketball Recap: Elmwood/Plum City Comes Up Short

Elmwood/Plum City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 59-40 fall against the Glenwood City Hilltoppers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hilltoppers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-53 back in January.

Tyler Harrington had an outrageously good game for Glenwood City as he went 10-for-11 to rack up 26 points. Those 26 points gave Harrington a new career-high. Brody Olson was another key player, dropping a double-double with 15 points and ten boards.

Elmwood/Plum City's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Glenwood City, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

As of now, neither Elmwood/Plum City nor Glenwood City have any future games scheduled.
