Volleyball Recap: Konos Academy Comes Up Short

Konos Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Central Georgia Arts. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Central Georgia Arts this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in August.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 24-26, 25-16.

Konos Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Central Georgia Arts, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Konos Academy will take on The Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Georgia Arts, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against New Creation Christian Academy on the 23rd.
