Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennedy). They blew past the Wasco Tigers 69-39 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Thunderbirds sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kennedy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Wasco, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Taft at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Kennedy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Wasco, they will take on Chavez at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
