Friday's matchup might be decided in the trenches. York has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 167.4 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for Lincoln Northwest, though, as they've been averaging only 94 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
Everything came up roses for York against Lincoln Northwest in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 43-14 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Wood, who rushed for 119 yards and a pair of TDs. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Dukes still be able to contain Wood? There's only one way to find out.
