Franklin is 8-2 against East Henderson since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Franklin Panthers will take on the East Henderson Eagles at 8:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin took on Andrews two weeks ago. Franklin simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Andrews 85-33. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Noah Brannon and Braylen Dezarn were among the main playmakers for Franklin as the former went 6 of 10from beyond the arc en route to 23 points and the latter went 8 of 12 on his way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Max McClure, who posted 11 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, East Henderson put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Brevard to the tune of 82-32. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

East Henderson pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Franklin, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Franklin came up short against East Henderson in their previous matchup back in January, falling 54-50. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of East Henderson's Caiden Brewer, who almost dropped a double-double on 30 points and nine boards.
