Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask V.R. Eaton). Everything went their way against the Keller Central Chargers on Tuesday as the V.R. Eaton Eagles made off with a 15-2 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The win got V.R. Eaton back to even at 7-7. As for Keller Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9-1.

Coming up, V.R. Eaton will venture away from home to face off against Southlake Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Southlake Carroll has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.78 runs per game on average), something V.R. Eaton will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Keller Central, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. Keller Central has given up an average of 7.4 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
