Softball Recap: Quincy Orioles vs. Springport Spartans
Quincy came into this matchup off a tough ten-run defeat on Saturday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Springport Spartans by a score of 4-2 on Thursday. The Orioles haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Hannah Brown spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits.
