Softball Recap: Whitehall Vikings vs. Fremont Packers

Whitehall won the last time they faced Fremont and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-8 win over the Packers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Vikings have posted since May 18, 2024.

Megan Leatrea was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and five unearned) runs off 12 hits (and only one walk).
