Fulton dropped their record down to 22-11-1 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 13-3 to the Seymour Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Falcons have suffered since April 14th.

As for Seymour, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-11 record this season. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.

For Seymour's part, Coby Johnson was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. Johnson has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI.

In other batting news, Miller Elijah was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with five stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Those five stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Drew Childress was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Looking ahead, Fulton will take on Blackman on May 7. The Blaze's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Seymour does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
