The biggest upset of the week belonged to Springfield, who defeated 388th ranked Ravenna, 28-17.

Roosevelt added to the longest winning streak in Portage Trail - Metro this week by beating Norton, 21-12. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Rough Riders.

Marcus Cadiell was a passing and rushing force as Roosevelt topped the Panthers. Cadiell's key target this week was Luther Fortson, who caught 3 passes for 67 yards.

Cadiell was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 181 yards on 26 carries as John Nemec's team defeated Rootstown. Robert Moore also contributed to the rushing game with 29 yards on the ground.

Roosevelt's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Rough Riders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Dustin Monaco has thrown for 1,310 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Eriqk Smiley has 34 catches for 478 yards.

The Comets took down the Rovers 41-2 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jaret Skaggs threw for 128 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.
