Bloomfield beats North Bergen for their third straight win

The Bloomfield Bengals had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 26-19 win over North Bergen. The score was all tied up 6-6 at the break, but Bloomfield was the better team in the second half.
Among those leading the charge was James Fields, who rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries. Fields was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 54 yards.
Bloomfield's win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 4-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.0 points per game. As for North Bergen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
