Volleyball Recap: Herndon Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Herndon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yorktown Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

Herndon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Yorktown, their victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. After both having extra time off, Herndon and Washington-Liberty will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yorktown, they will square off against Woodson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
