Lee is a perfect 10-0 against Columbia since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Generals will head out on the road to challenge the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Lee fell victim to Randolph School and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 10-0. Lee have struggled against Randolph School recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Columbia challenged Athens on Thursday. The Eagles lost 14-0 to the Golden Eagles. While losing is never fun, Columbia can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 201st, while Athens are ranked 17th).

Lee's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Columbia, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.

Lee came out on top in a nail-biter against Columbia in their previous matchup two weeks ago, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Generals since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
