Soccer Recap: Groton-Dunstable Takes a Loss

The Groton-Dunstable Crusaders lost 4-1 to the Nashoba Regional Wolves on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Groton-Dunstable can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 250th, while Nashoba Regional are ranked 97th).

Groton-Dunstable's loss dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for Nashoba Regional, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2-6.

Groton-Dunstable wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Ayer Shirley on the 16th. As for Nashoba Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Westborough on the 16th.
