Football Recap: Mountain Brook Takes a Loss

Mountain Brook fell victim to Prattville and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Lions, falling 46-0. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 48-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lanieya Page was nothing short of spectacular for Prattville: she rushed for 75 yards and a pair of TDs, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. Page showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 64 yards.

Mountain Brook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Prattville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.
