Baseball Recap: Arbor View Wins High-Profile Match Against Desert Oasis

Arbor View faced Desert Oasis in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Aggies were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Diamondbacks. Considering the Aggies have won five matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Arbor View got a great performance from Colton Christman as he didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched.

At the plate, Jase DeSantis was a standout: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs and one triple. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Blais, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Arbor View's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Desert Oasis, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
