Lisbon had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 10-6 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. They blew past the Spruce Mountain Phoenix 20-10. The Greyhounds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by eight runs or more this season.
Spencer Franks was a standout: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cody Osmond, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three runs and four RBI.
Lisbon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
