Recap: San Jon Coyotes vs. Grady Bronchos
The San Jon Coyotes's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 70-27 loss at the hands of Grady. San Jon lost against Grady in their previous head to head last Thursday, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 63-45 score last time.
Despite the defeat, San Jon saw an underclassman step up: Charlotte Graham scored eight points along with 11 rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Dakota Fisher, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
San Jon's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Grady, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Jon will take on Non Varsity Opponent at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. San Jon is facing Non Varsity Opponent at the right time seeing as Non Varsity Opponent is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Grady, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Floyd at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
