Basketball Game Preview: Tri-West Hendricks Bruins vs. McCutcheon Mavericks

Having just played yesterday, the Tri-West Hendricks Bruins will head out on the road to face off against the McCutcheon Mavericks at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. McCutcheon took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Tri-West Hendricks, who comes in off a win.

Tri-West Hendricks took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They took down Beech Grove 63-45.

Meanwhile, McCutcheon was beaten by Northridge 84-50 last Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Mavericks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Raiders are ranked sixth).

McCutcheon has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Tri-West Hendricks, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
