Basketball Recap: Estacada's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

Estacada had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 39-33 win over the Gladstone Gladiators on Friday. The Rangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gladiators, too.

Estacada's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Gladstone, their loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-14.

Estacada and Gladstone could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. Estacada (ranked 227th) will meet Crook County (ranked 96th) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Gladstone will take on The Dalles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 165 places (213 vs. 48).
