Nederland waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Anahuac Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Nederland was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-3, 25-12.

Nederland's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Anahuac, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Nederland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Lamar on the 23rd. As for Anahuac, they will be playing at home against High Island at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
