Soccer Game Preview: Notre Dame vs. Eisenhower

The Notre Dame Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Eisenhower Eagles at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Notre Dame's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Monday just wasn't the day for Notre Dame's offense. They lost 11-0 to Arroyo Valley on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1024th, while the Hawks are ranked 163rd).

Meanwhile, Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against Rim of the World, falling 6-0.

Notre Dame's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-3. As for Eisenhower, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Notre Dame took their victory against Eisenhower in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 6-3. In that game, Notre Dame amassed a halftime lead of 4-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Wednesday.
