Basketball Recap: Mormon Trail Takes a Loss

Mormon Trail lost against Seymour back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mormon Trail Saints took a 62-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seymour Warriors. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mormon Trail's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Seymour, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Mormon Trail wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 71-58 defeat against Twin Cedars on the 31st. As for Seymour, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 84-38 loss against Ankeny Christian Academy on the 31st.
