Basketball Recap: Fort Dodge Comes Up Short

Fort Dodge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 57-32 to the Ames Little Cyclones. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dodgers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-45 back in January.

Fort Dodge's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Ames, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Fort Dodge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 70-45 defeat against Urbandale on the 3rd. Ames has also already played their next game, a 60-21 loss against Ankeny Centennial on the 1st.
