Soccer Game Preview: Cherryville vs. Stuart W. Cramer + How To Watch

The Cherryville Ironmen will take on the Stuart W. Cramer Storm at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Cherryville and five for Stuart W. Cramer.

Cherryville fell victim to Shelby and their airtight defense on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Golden Lions.

Meanwhile, Stuart W. Cramer also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Highland Tech on Monday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Stuart W. Cramer can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 536th, while Highland Tech are ranked 156th).

Cherryville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Stuart W. Cramer, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17-1.

Cherryville might still be hurting after the 8-1 defeat they got from Stuart W. Cramer in their previous matchup back in September. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Ironmen were down 6-1.
