Volleyball Recap: Nardin Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Nardin Academy lost against St. Mary back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Gators lost 3-0 to the Lancers. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Nardin Academy was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into St. Mary's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-19.

Sarina Notaro had an outrageously good game for St. Mary's as she had 26 digs and one assist. Notaro is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Nardin Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for St. Mary's, the win keeps them at an undefeated 25-0-1.

Nardin Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cardinal O'Hara at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for St. Mary's, they will take on Shenendehowa at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
